2024 in Review: Partnerships, Integrations
In 2024, DIA took a collaborative approach to Oracle innovation, developing Lumina’s modular architecture in partnership with major infrastructure providers such as Optimism, Conduit, Hyperlane, and Celestia. DIA also expanded its data reach and provision to six new chains and 27 key dApps, respectively.
Infrastructure Partnerships (Lumina)
DIA’s Lumina oracle stack introduces an innovative approach to decentralized oracle infrastructure. Built through partnerships with leading infrastructure providers, Lumina offers a modular, scalable, interoperable, and future-proof oracle architecture.
Lasernet — DIA’s custom rollup designed for efficient and transparent oracle operations is at the core of Lumina’s modular structure. This rollup leverages partnerships with key technology partners.
Rollup Development Framework: Optimism’s OP Stack
Optimism’s OP Stack powers enterprise-grade scalability for Lasernet, enabling efficient, trustless, verifiable, and on-chain computation of oracle data.
DIA's Lasernet rollup, powered by the OP Stack, represents an important advancement in decentralized oracle infrastructure. We're proud to support DIA in bringing this technology to life with our MIT-licensed, open-source stack.Fahim SachedinaPartnerships Manager at Optimism
Rollup Deployment and Management: Conduit
Conduit’s RaaS simplifies the otherwise complex processes of deploying and managing the Lasernet rollup. This partnership ensures Lumina’s seamless operation for Lasernet’s specific oracle use case.
Cross-chain Interoperability: Hyperlane
Hyperlane’s interoperability framework enables Lasernet to deliver oracle data across EVM and non-EVM blockchains without chain-specific integration hurdles. This collaboration means that Lumina can deliver oracle data to any chain, making oracle data available everywhere.
Data Availability: Celestia
Celestia enables Lumina to store large-scale data on-chain efficiently. It does this by offloading storage to its data availability layer, enhancing Lasernet’s scalability using SuperBlobs with 2.5 times the capacity of Ethereum blobs.
Decentralized Databases: Kwil
Kwil plays a pivotal role in the Lumina stack. Since raw data from multiple feeders cannot be stored directly on-chain due to cost and scalability constraints, Kwil offers a bridge solution that securely stores this data off-chain. This approach allows anyone to independently verify both the source data and the calculations performed to produce the aggregated results within Lumina.
These partnerships position Lumina as a comprehensive, chain-agnostic oracle solution capable of scaling alongside the expanding Web3 landscape.
